1. Submission Fees
JMSI does not charge any submission fees. Authors can submit their manuscripts free of charge, and the editorial team will conduct an initial screening before proceeding with the review process.
2. Article Processing Charges (APCs)
JMSI applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of $5 per accepted article. This fee covers:

✅ Online hosting and indexing
✅ Long-term digital preservation
The APC is only applicable after the manuscript is accepted for publication. There are no fees for rejected papers.
3. Publication Fees
JMSI requires a small publication fee of $5 per article to cover operational costs while maintaining an open-access policy.
