Publication Charges

This journal is committed to providing open access to the articles published, without any access fees for readers. To support the sustainability of the journal and its operational costs, we impose an Article Processing Charge (APC) for authors whose articles are accepted for publication.

1. Article Processing Charge (APC)
   The APC for each article accepted and published is IDR 50,000.
   This fee covers:

   • Article examination and review by reviewers

   • Editing and formatting for publication

   • Administrative and article management costs

   • Open access for readers, free of charge

2. Fee Exemptions
   We understand that not all authors have the financial means to pay the APC. Therefore, the journal offers fee exemptions for authors from institutions or countries with limited funding.
   Authors requiring a fee exemption can submit a request to the editorial team at the time of submission, along with clear evidence of financial need.

3. APC Payment
   APC payment is due after the article is accepted for publication and prior to its official publication.
   Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods provided by the journal.
   Further details on the payment procedure will be communicated to the author upon acceptance of the article.

4. Refund Policy
   Once the article is published, the APC is non-refundable, except in exceptional cases (e.g., if the article is withdrawn by the journal after publication).

5. Open Access Policy
   With the APC, published articles will be available as open access to readers, free of charge. This means that the author’s research will be accessible to the global scientific community without any barriers.
