Tantangan Dan Peluang Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah Dalam Mendukung Koperasi UMKM

Abstract

The Syariah Microfinance Institution (LKMS) has a strategic role in empowering cooperatives and MSMEs through the principles of adequate and inclusive Islamic financial. This study aims to identify challenges and opportunities faced by LKMS in supporting MSME cooperatives. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature studies as a basis for analysis. The results showed that the main challenges include capital limitations, regulations that have not been optimally supported, as well as low Islamic financial literacy. Meanwhile, a great opportunity can be seen from increasing interest in Islamic finance, government support for MSMEs, and the development of digital technology. This study recommends strengthening the capacity of LKMs and active collaboration with cooperatives and MSME players to create a sustainable Islamic economic ecosystem.
