Model Pengembangan Pengelolaan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja dan Inklusi Keuangan UMKM

Abstract

Cooperative Savings and Loans (KSP) plays an important role in the economic empowerment of the community, especially in supporting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, many KSPs face challenges in effective and efficient management. This study aims to implement the KSP management development model through improving service quality, information technology utilization, and strengthening human resources. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the application of this model can improve KSP performance in terms of transparency, accountability, and membership satisfaction.
