Strategi Pengembangan UMKM untuk Meningkatkan Keberhasilan di Desa Klayan

Klayan Village is a village that has great economic potential, but still has challenges in increasing the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to develop strategies to increase the success of MSMEs in Klayan Village. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The research results show that an effective strategy to increase the success of MSMEs in Klayan Village is to improve management capabilities, develop innovative products, and increase access to markets. Apart from that, there needs to be support from the government and community to increase the success of MSMEs in Klayan Village, because there are still some people in Klayan village who do not understand about access to the MSME market itself. Moreover, in the era of digitalization, all work is very easy to access, many business actors are using technology to open online shop businesses on various platforms. By holding this activity, at least Klayan village can understand and implement development strategies to increase the success of the MSMEs they are running.
