In a modern age saturated with sophisticated technology, the way companies market their products has grown. For one thing, word-of-mouth marketing becomes the most trustworthy and effective. It's because people trust information more than people they know. The batik ya is an example of efforts that implement wom marketing strategies to boost sales and reach more consumers. The strategy involves disseminating positive information about products or services from one person to another. This is effective because the recommendations of friends or family are often more believable than advertising. Despite the challenges, such as the difficulty of controlling consumer reviews, this strategy has been a success. The study uses qualitative data from interviews, observations, and official documents at the batik. Analysis shows that marketing communication and marketing wom are affecting the growth of their business. The batik ya offers a competitive price, discount, and delivery service to attract customers. They also provide a kind and responsive service to consumer input. Their strategy is powered by five main things, including talkers, topics, tools, taking part, and tracking. Overall, the batik has successfully implemented successful marketing strategies through marketing communication and marketing wom. They maintain good relationships with consumers to improve their business. The advice is to focus more on communication with customers, quality products and services, and monitor the reviews to avoid future problems. It is hoped that this study will help them to grow and succeed more in the market.
