However, in the current digital and millennial era, these institutions face new challenges in attracting the interest and involvement of the younger generation. This journal explores effective management strategies for philanthropic institutions to adapt to shifting demographics and leverage digital technology to raise funds, engage volunteers, and spread their missions widely.
