Abstract

Philanthropic institutions play an important role in providing social assistance and promoting positive change in society. However, in the current digital and millennial era, these institutions face new challenges in attracting the interest and involvement of the younger generation. This journal explores effective management strategies for philanthropic institutions to adapt to shifting demographics and leverage digital technology to raise funds, engage volunteers, and spread their missions widely. Through case studies and in-depth analysis, this paper highlights best practices in digital marketing, social media engagement, and utilization of crowdfunding platforms. In addition, the importance of good governance, transparency and collaboration with other stakeholders was discussed to ensure the sustainability and maximum impact of philanthropic efforts. By providing insight into how philanthropic institutions can navigate the complex millennial landscape, this journal offers valuable guidance for practitioners and academics in this field.
