Abstract

Even though advances in digital technology have changed the global economy, it still faces several
problems when entering the Islamic economy, such as lacking infrastructure, lack of literacy, and
adaptive regulations.  This study looks at how digital technology drives innovation, efficiency,
transparency and financial inclusion in the Islamic economy.  Sharia fintech technology, halal e
commerce, blockchain, and digital innovation based on sharia principles are discussed through a
systematic literature review. The research results show that digital technology helps develop sharia
goods and services, improves operational efficiency, increases transparency, and makes it easier for
people to access sharia financial and investment services.  In the long term, this will result in more
professional business practices, harmonized regulations, as well as increased literacy and community
participation in the Islamic economy.  In order to maximize the potential of digital technology to support
an inclusive, ethical and sustainable Islamic economy, this research confirms that a broad
implementation strategy is needed, which includes increasing digital and sharia literacy, strengthening
infrastructure, harmonizing regulations and data protection
