This study aims to analyze the importance of real asset investment for Generation Z in enhancing
personal financial stability amid the rapid growth of digital investments. Recent phenomena indicate
that Generation Z shows a strong interest in investing but tends to focus more on digital assets such as
cryptocurrencies and app-based stocks, while ownership of real assets remains relatively low. This
research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from financial
literature and recent statistical reports. The analysis employs descriptive statistics and narrative
interpretation to examine factors influencing investment interest, including financial literacy, social
media influence, initial capital, and risk perception. The findings reveal that real assets such as property,
gold, and land play a significant role in maintaining individual financial stability due to their long-term
value and resilience against inflation. In contrast, digital assets are characterized by high volatility,
which may threaten financial stability if not balanced within a diversified portfolio. The study
emphasizes the need to enhance financial literacy among Generation Z to enable them to make wiser
and more sustainable investment decisions. Therefore, real asset investment is not only a means of
wealth preservation but also a vital instrument for building personal financial resilience and ensuring
long-term economic sustainability
