The Influence of Labor Quantity and Price on the Production Output of Batik Trusmi Cirebon
Keywords:
number of workers, price, production resultsAbstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the number of workers and prices on Trusmi Cirebon batik production results partially and simultaneously. The labor variable is an exogenous variable, while the price variable is an endogenous variable. This research uses time series data from 2003-2016. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS method. The resulting regression equation is: Y = 2027.822 + 0.028X1 + (-4.155) X2 + e. The constant value of 2027.822 corresponds to the price value. The results of the t-test show that the workforce has a sig value of 0.427 > 0.05, which means that there is no influence on variable 0.05. This can be concluded, namely that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that the labor and price variables together do not affect the production output variable. In the Determinant Test (R2), the R square value is 0.760 or 07.6%, this shows that the variable number of workers and price influence production results by 07.6%. The influence of price on the production results of Cirebon Trusmi batik. Partially, the price has a positive and significant effect on the production results of Cirebon Trusmi batik, meaning that the more the price is determined, the production results will increase, this is because consumers feel that the determined price can compete with another batik, so that encouraging consumers to buy these products. The positive and significant influence of price on production results states that price is a factor that influences production results.
