Peran Maqashid Syariah dalam Pembiayaan dan Akad Pada Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil

Abstract

The role of Sharia maqashid values is very important to be applied in financing activities and contracts in an Islamic financial institution, such as in Baitul mal wat tamwil or commonly abbreviated as BMT. In financing activities and will be the important thing of transactions in Baitul mal wat tamwil and the role of both cannot be spared and cannot be separated from the value of Sharia maqashid in it. Because the Sharia maqashid functions to play a role in activities that contain Sharia values in it.
