This study aims to analyze the integration between Maqashid Shariah and Fiqh Muamalah in the development of an inclusive Islamic economic model. In response to growing global issues and increasing social inequality, Islamic economics offers an alternative based on Shariah principles, which are not limited to economic aspects but also encompass the enhancement of social welfare. Maqashid Shariah, which emphasizes the protection of five essential human needs (religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth), serves as a moral foundation for building a just and sustainable economy. Meanwhile, Fiqh Muamalah plays a role in regulating economic relationships between individuals based on the principles of justice and transparency. A qualitative approach is applied in this research through a literature review method to explore the understanding and interrelation of these two concepts in the development of an inclusive Islamic economic model. The analysis reveals that the integration of Maqashid Shariah and Fiqh Muamalah can create a more equitable economic system, reduce social disparities, and provide opportunities for marginalized groups to participate in the economy. However, the implementation of these concepts faces significant challenges, such as a lack of public understanding of Islamic economic principles, incompatibility with the conventional global economic system, and weak supervision in the enforcement of Shariah laws. Therefore, there is a need for more in-depth education, stronger Shariah-based regulations, and better adaptation between Islamic economics and the global economic system to realize an inclusive and sustainable Islamic economy.
