Abstract

This study explores the influence of work-life balance on employee performance in the context of the textile industry in Sukabumi Regency. Based on data analysis using linear regression method, the results indicate a significant positive correlation between work-life balance and employee performance. These findings underscore the importance of implementing effective work-life balance policies and programs to enhance employee well-being and organizational productivity, particularly in meeting the needs of the millennial generation in the workplace. The study provides deeper insights into this relationship and emphasizes the urgency of creating a balanced and sustainable work environment for employees.
