Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of People's Business Credit (KUR), capital management, and spiritual values on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Teunom District, Aceh. Findings indicate that KUR has a significant positive impact on MSMEs' performance, while capital management does not have a significant influence. The most dominant variable affecting MSMEs' performance is spiritual values. Determination analysis shows that KUR, capital management, and spiritual values together explain most of the variation in MSMEs' performance in the area. This research provides valuable insights for stakeholders to develop more effective policies in supporting MSMEs' growth and strengthening their contribution to local economic development.
