Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cooperation strategies between Islamic financial institutions and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in supporting the development of sustainable entrepreneurship. This cooperation is considered important as an effort to strengthen access to financing, improve managerial capacity, and promote environmentally and socially friendly business practices. The results indicate that effective cooperation strategies include providing financing based on Islamic principles, entrepreneurship training, technical assistance, and the development of marketing networks that align with sustainability values. However, there are several challenges such as limited resources, a lack of understanding of Islamic principles among MSME actors, and the need for more adaptive product innovations. This study recommends enhancing synergy between Islamic financial institutions and MSMEs through continuous training, outreach on Islamic values, and the development of innovative financing products that support sustainable entrepreneurship. Thus, this cooperation is expected to make a significant contribution to the growth of MSMEs that are not only oriented towards economic profit but also social and environmental sustainability.
