This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Sharia financial services provided by cooperatives in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The focus of the study includes the application of Sharia principles within cooperative services and their impact on enhancing the economic and social capacity of cooperative members. The research method employed is a qualitative descriptive literature review. The findings indicate that Sharia cooperatives significantly contribute to improving access to capital, business training, and strengthening economic networks among MSME members. The effectiveness of the services is reflected in the implementation of Sharia contracts such as murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, and qardhul hasan, aligned with values of justice, partnership, and mutual assistance. Key challenges include low Sharia literacy among members, limited cooperative capital, and managerial capacity that requires enhancement. Therefore, strategies focusing on Sharia education, service digitalization, diversification of funding sources, and improvement of cooperative human resources are essential. This study recommends strengthening Sharia cooperatives as community financial institutions capable of supporting sustainable MSME empowerment in accordance with Sharia principles.
