Social entrepreneurship in the context of Islamic business is a strategic approach that combines sharia values and social goals to empower communities, especially marginalized groups. This article explores the positive impact of social entrepreneurship within the framework of Islamic business on community empowerment with a focus on improving economic welfare, creating employment opportunities, and strengthening the socio-economic capabilities of communities. The methodology used includes a literature study and qualitative analysis of various examples of social entrepreneurship practices in Indonesia, including those implemented by Muslim business communities and zakat organizations. The research findings show that social entrepreneurship based on Islamic principles does not only focus on profit aspects, but also prioritizes social and humanitarian responsibility, so that it can reduce poverty levels and improve the quality of life of the community. The application of the Islamic-based social entrepreneurship model has a significant impact on building an inclusive and sustainable business ecosystem, and is an effective tool in empowering communities through innovation and collaboration. In conclusion, social entrepreneurship in the realm of Islamic business plays a crucial role as a tool in socio-economic development based on Islamic principles.
