Digital transformation in the financial sector has created new opportunities for cooperatives to strengthen their role as strategic partners for MSMEs. This study aims to analyze how cooperatives can reposition themselves within a digitally inclusive financial ecosystem, and to identify key challenges and adaptive strategies. Using a qualitative approach and case studies of active cooperatives in both rural and urban areas, the findings reveal that cooperatives integrating digital services such as mobile banking, loan applications, and cloud-based financial systems are more attractive to MSME actors. Furthermore, member participation and digital literacy are crucial to the success of this repositioning. The study offers policy recommendations to accelerate cooperative digitalization in support of sustainable MSME economic growth.
